White Wines
White wines don’t get the respect they deserve! Every bit as much winemaking but within a shorter time frame. Balancing the alcohol/fruit/acidity/
Rosé Wines
I have been making serious, dry rosé wines for Viento since 2001 as these have always been enjoyed at our home dinner table.
Red Wines
In red wines I work toward gentle tannins so that our wines are elegant and supple. New oak is used moderately only where appropriate.
Dessert Wines
Dessert wines are a wonderful way to end a meal or a day. I do not abide by syrupy sweet wines and ours are bright in fruit with deep, lasting flavors.
